  • Site function - Making the site work (forms, navigation, security)
  • Analytics - Google Analytics or similar tools to see traffic patterns
  • Marketing - Facebook and Google ad tools to show you our ads if you've visited the site

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work right if you do.

05Who We Share It With

We don't sell your data. We never have. We never will.

We share info only with vendors who help us run the business. These include:

Every one of those vendors has their own privacy practices. We only share what they need to do their job.

We may also share info if the law requires it (court order, subpoena, tax audit) or if we have to protect ourselves or someone else from harm or fraud.

06Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your quote, job schedule, install day, or follow-up. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Service messages about active jobs may still come through after you opt out of marketing.

We don't share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

07Photos of Your Home

We take before and after photos of every job. We use them for:

  • Warranty documentation
  • Insurance claims (when you ask us to)
  • Quality control and training
  • Our website, social media, and marketing

We won't post photos that show identifying details (address numbers, license plates, faces) without your written okay. If you don't want photos of your home used in our marketing at all, tell us before we start.

08How Long We Keep It

We keep your info as long as we need it:

  • Active customers: While you're a customer and through your warranty period (5 years from install)
  • Quote requests that didn't close: Up to 2 years
  • Financial records: 7 years for tax and accounting

We take reasonable steps to keep your info safe:

  • Encrypted website traffic (HTTPS)
  • Password-protected business accounts
  • Limited access to customer info inside the company
