Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 25, 2026

Welcome. These Terms cover how we do business at The Seamless Brothers LLC. By hiring us, getting a quote, or using our website, you agree to what's below. We kept it short and plain. If something's unclear, reach out. We'll explain.

01Who We Are

The Seamless Brothers LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company. We install, repair, clean, and maintain gutters in the Midlands of South Carolina. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean The Seamless Brothers LLC. "You" means the customer or website visitor.

02Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are free. We measure your property, check the fascia, and send you a line-item quote within 24 hours of the site visit. Quotes are good for 30 days from the date issued. After that, prices may change based on material costs.

A quote isn't a contract. The contract starts when you accept the quote in writing (text, email, or signature) and we schedule the work.

Pricing

Our prices cover materials, fabrication, labor, and cleanup. If we run into hidden damage (rotted fascia, bad pitch, broken sheathing), we'll stop and show you the problem. You decide if you want it fixed. Any added work gets a separate quote in writing before we move forward.

03Scheduling and Access

We schedule jobs in the order they're booked. Weather delays happen. If we have to push your install, we'll text or call you the day before.

You need to give us safe access to your property on the day of the job. That means:

  • Clear driveway space for our truck and trailer
  • Cars and personal items moved away from the work area
  • Dogs secured indoors or in a fenced area
  • Power outlet access if needed for tools

If we show up and can't access the property, we may have to reschedule. A second trip charge may apply.

04Payment Terms

We accept cash, check, ACH, and major credit cards. Card payments may have a small processing fee.

Our standard terms:

  • Deposit: 50% due at contract signing for jobs over $2,500
  • Balance: Due on the day of completion, after final walkthrough
  • Small jobs: Payment in full on completion

If a payment is more than 10 days late, we may charge interest at 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the unpaid balance. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees, if we have to collect a past-due amount.

05Our Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. If our installation fails because of how we installed it, we'll fix it free for 5 years from the install date. That covers leaks at seams we made, separations from the fascia caused by our fastening, and slope issues caused by our install.

What's not covered:

  • Damage from storms, ice, fallen trees, or other acts of nature
  • Damage from anyone else working on your roof or gutters after we leave
  • Damage from clogs caused by debris (cleaning is your job unless you have a maintenance plan with us)
  • Damage to gutters you owned before we got there
  • Damage from settling, foundation shift, or rotted wood we didn't know about
  • Color fade or surface marks from weather over time

Gutter guards, materials, and components carry their own manufacturer warranties. We'll give you the paperwork on install day.

06Final Walkthrough and Satisfaction

Before we pack up, we walk the entire job with you. Every seam. Every slope. Every downspout. If something's not right, we fix it before we leave. Once you sign off, the job is accepted as complete.

If you find a workmanship issue after we leave, contact us within 30 days. We'll come back and make it right under the warranty.

07Cancellation

You can cancel a signed contract within 3 business days for a full refund of any deposit. After that:

  • If we haven't ordered materials yet, you get your deposit back minus a 10% admin fee
  • If we've ordered or fabricated materials, those costs come out of the deposit
  • If we've started work, you owe for labor and materials used to date

We can cancel a job if site conditions are unsafe, if the property is misrepresented, or if payment terms aren't met. We'll refund anything you've paid that we haven't earned.

08Insurance and Liability

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates available on request.

We're responsible for damage we cause through negligence. We're not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to your home, roof, siding, or landscaping
  • Damage caused by hidden conditions we couldn't see during the quote
  • Water damage from rain during install (we don't leave a home unprotected overnight, but storms happen)
  • Damage from acts of nature, vandalism, or third parties

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09Insurance Claim Work

If you're filing a storm damage claim, we'll inspect, document, and provide an estimate for your insurance company. We don't act as your public adjuster and we don't negotiate with insurance carriers on your behalf. The contract is between you and us, not your insurance company. You're responsible for payment regardless of what your insurance pays.

10Photos and Reviews

We may take before and after photos of our work for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing. We won't include identifying details (address, license plates, faces) without your written okay. If you don't want us using photos of your home at all, tell us before we start and we'll respect that.

If you leave us a review online, you give us permission to share that review on our website and marketing.

11Website Use

Our website is here to give you information and let you request a quote. By using it, you agree:

  • Not to scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
  • Not to use the site to send spam, malware, or anything harmful
  • To give us accurate info when you submit a quote request

We can change, update, or take down anything on the site at any time without notice.

12Communications

When you submit a quote request, give us your number, or text us, you agree we can contact you by phone, text, and email about your project and our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Service messages about active jobs may still come through.

13Disputes

If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Most issues get fixed fast. Email info@theseamlessbrothers.com and we'll make it right.

If we can't work it out, these Terms are governed by South Carolina law. Any lawsuit gets filed in the state or federal courts in Lexington County, South Carolina. You and we both agree to that jurisdiction.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the business grows or laws change. The latest version always lives at this page with the "Last Updated" date at the top. If you keep using our services after we update, you're agreeing to the new Terms.

15Other Stuff

If any part of these Terms isn't enforceable, the rest still stands. These Terms, plus your signed quote or contract, are the full agreement between you and us. They replace anything we said before in conversation, email, or text.

You can't transfer your contract with us to someone else without our written okay.
