Seamless Gutter Installation in the Midlands of South Carolina
The Seamless Brothers fabricate 6-inch K-style aluminum gutters on site to your exact roofline and install them in a single visit on most homes. Owner-operated, no subcontractors, and a line-item estimate within 24 hours of the visit. Serving Columbia, Lexington and the greater Midlands.

What "seamless" actually means for your house
Sectional gutters come in 10-foot pieces that get joined every few feet. Each joint is sealed with caulk, and each joint is a place water finds its way out as the sealant ages in South Carolina heat. Seamless gutters are rolled from a single coil of aluminum on our machine, parked in your driveway, to the exact length of each run. The only joints are at the corners and outlets.
Fewer joints means fewer leaks, fewer drips onto your fascia, and a cleaner line along the roof edge. It is the same reason nearly every new build in the Midlands is specified with seamless gutters today.
How we build them
- 6-inch K-style profile. A larger trough than the 5-inch standard, which matters during the fast summer downpours and tropical-season rain the Midlands gets.
- .027 gauge aluminum. Thicker stock that resists denting from ladders, limbs and hail better than lighter builder-grade material.
- Hidden hangers. Fastened into the fascia with screws, not spikes, so the run stays tight and nothing shows from the ground.
- Fabricated on site. We measure every run, then roll it to length on the spot. No pre-cut pieces, no splices in the middle of a run.
- Pitched for flow. Every run is set to drain toward the downspout so water never sits in the trough.
What to expect from first call to walkthrough
- Contact. Request an estimate online or call. We usually reply within the hour.
- Estimate. One of the owners comes out, measures every run, checks the fascia, and sends a line-item estimate within 24 hours. No ballparks.
- Install. Tyler, Colten and Andrew show up with the machine, fabricate on site, and install everything in one visit on most homes.
- Inspect. We walk the whole job with you before we leave. Every corner, every slope, every downspout.
Signs it is time to replace rather than repair
If you are seeing several of these, a new seamless system is usually the better long-term spend than patching sections one at a time: sagging or separating runs, rust or peeling paint on steel gutters, water stains or rot on the fascia, overflow at the corners in every storm, or seams that have been re-caulked more than once. We will tell you honestly which side of that line your house is on when we come out.
Seamless Gutter Installation: common questions
How long does a seamless gutter installation take?
Most homes are finished in a single day. The owners measure at the estimate visit, then fabricate every run on site the day of the install, so there is no waiting on a factory order.
Do you use 5-inch or 6-inch gutters?
We install 6-inch K-style seamless gutters as our standard. The larger trough handles the heavy summer storms common across the Midlands better than the 5-inch builder standard, and it is far less likely to overflow at inside corners.
What material are your seamless gutters made of?
.027 gauge aluminum, which is thicker than typical builder-grade stock. Aluminum does not rust, and the heavier gauge resists denting from ladders, limbs and hail.
Do you subcontract the installation?
No. The three brothers who own the company are on every job. You deal directly with the people doing the work from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Do you offer free estimates for gutter installation?
Yes. Estimates are free, and you receive a written, line-item estimate within 24 hours of the visit.
Can you install seamless gutters on a shop, barn or metal building?
Yes. We install seamless gutters on homes, shops, garages, barns and new construction across the Midlands.
