Gutter Maintenance Plans in the Midlands of South Carolina
A maintenance plan puts your gutters on our calendar instead of yours. Every year one of the owners inspects the whole system and shows you what we find in photos, and depending on the plan, cleans it out, flushes the downspouts and touches up the seals. It is the easiest way to keep Midlands pine straw and oak leaves from turning into fascia rot and water at the foundation.
Three plans, one standard
- Basic: a yearly inspection of every run, corner, hanger and downspout, with a photo report of what we find. Cleanings are booked separately whenever you need one.
- Plus: the yearly inspection, one full cleaning, a downspout flush, seal touch-ups, and priority scheduling when you need us.
- Premium: the yearly inspection, two cleanings, downspout flushes, seal touch-ups, storm response, priority scheduling, and member pricing on any other work.

Why a plan beats remembering
Midlands gutters fill on a schedule most people forget: seed and pollen in the spring, leaves in the fall, and pine needles all year under a pine canopy. Most homes need cleaning twice a year, and the trouble starts in the gap between visits. A loose hanger, a seal starting to weep or a packed downspout elbow costs little to fix when it is caught early. Left a season, it becomes a sagging run, fascia rot or water pooling along the foundation in our slow-draining red clay.
On a plan we keep the calendar. You get the inspection, the photos and a straight answer, without climbing a ladder or chasing anyone down.
Cleaning, guards and your warranty
Our Limited Warranty covers our installation workmanship for 12 months, and it does not cover damage caused by gutters left clogged. Keeping them clear protects your home and the warranty, which is why the Plus and Premium plans include cleanings. The Basic plan is an inspection only.
If you would rather clean less often, gutter guards cut the number of cleanings sharply, and the yearly inspection still checks that guards and gutters are shedding water the way they should. Need a single cleaning without a plan? Book a one-time gutter cleaning any time.

Can I still book a one-time gutter cleaning?
Yes. You can book a single gutter cleaning any time without a plan. Every cleaning includes a downspout flush and a free inspection.
Will you push me into new gutters?
No. If an inspection finds a run that is past repair, you get photos and a straight answer, and the decision is yours.
